Servo-driven Work Table Infeed and Outfeed: The reciprocating motion of the work table is precisely driven by a servo motor, ensuring smooth and seamless material handling. The speed is flexibly adjustable, guaranteeing precise workpiece alignment and eliminating positional deviations.

Servo Cylinder-controlled Lifting: The hot stamping stroke and pressure are controlled by high-performance servo cylinders. The embossing depth and pressure are digitally adjustable to the micrometre level, ensuring extremely uniform pressure distribution and completely resolving issues of uneven embossing or plate smudging caused by unstable pneumatic pressure in traditional systems.

Servo-controlled roll paper feeding: The feeding of the foil is precisely controlled by a servo system, with feed length accurate to the millimetre, greatly enhancing step accuracy, minimising material waste and reducing production costs.

Servo Tension Control: The innovative servo tension control system ensures that the foil maintains constant tension throughout the unwinding and rewinding processes, effectively preventing creasing, tearing or ghosting caused by uneven tension, and guaranteeing sharp edges and a perfect gloss finish for the hot-stamped graphics.

Equipped with an intuitive, industrial-grade colour touchscreen, all parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, stroke) can be entered digitally at the touch of a button, with support for storing multiple product recipes. When changing products, simply recall the relevant parameters to achieve ultra-fast changeovers.

Comprehensive Safety Protection

Features a fully enclosed, high-transparency safety guard compliant with international safety standards, with a high-sensitivity safety light curtain at the front. During operation, should any foreign object or human hand inadvertently enter the work area, the machine will instantly limit speed or shut down; combined with dual emergency stop buttons, this ensures all-round operator safety.

Clear Status Indication

A high-brightness three-colour signal light is fitted to the top of the machine, allowing the machine’s operational, standby or alarm status to be clearly identified from a distance, facilitating intelligent workshop management.
